Place your unworn jewelry in its original box. Secure thin chains to prevent tangling during transit.
Send the package to our Covent Garden office using a tracked postal service to ensure safe arrival.
Once inspected, we process your refund to the original payment method within seven business days.
Policy Conditions
To protect hygiene standards, earrings cannot be returned if the protective seal is broken. All returned necklaces, rings, and bracelets must be completely unworn, free of scratches, and in their original packaging. We inspect every piece carefully upon arrival.
As our pieces are crafted from simulated materials—including gold-plated brass, stainless steel, and cubic zirconia—they require delicate handling. We cannot accept returns on items damaged by perfumes, water exposure, or improper storage after delivery.
